To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. (Your order number is found in your confirmation email, or you can log In and check you order history. Contact us if you still can't find it!)

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

- You will get a confirmation email within 1 business day with instructions and a return postal address once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

- Full price items are eligible for a Refund or Store Credit (valid 1 year) if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Sale + Promo "Flash Sale" items - Cannot be returned, Sale T+C's apply - please see our Returns Policy for more info.

- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

- Unused, unwashed and unworn. In the original packaging.

- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Can I make an exchange?

Please place a new order for the item you need and request a refund or credit on your return.

Our return policy states no refunds on Sale or Promo items. Please feel free to contact us if you need any help.

 

Are there any charges for return?

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return is received and inspected, returns may take 1-2 days for processing, you should then get an email confirming your refund or store credit.
