Customer service is part of the Elle and Elka success story and we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is easy, convenient and enjoyable.

Change of Mind

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for an exchange or online store credit. An online store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be redeemed towards any full-price or sale garment across our website. (It comes in the form of an online gift card)

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment is faulty.

Requests for a return must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

 

To Process a Return

You will find a Return Form inside your parcel with a section requiring an RA number. To get your RA number, please email return elleandelka@gmail.com  and tell us your name, order number, items you wish to return and if you feel it's relevant, a reason why this item wasn't right for you

We will email you with an RA (return authorisation) number and further instructions including an address once your request is approved.

Customers returning items to us outside the return window of 7 days may be issued either a store credit only. Return Forms that are filled in incorrectly or only partially may result in delayed processing of your exchange.

Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags.

Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Elle and Elka are not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of your store credit details. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs, duties or taxes paid are non-returnable.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale purchases, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless merchandise is faulty.

Faulty

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you.

Please note wear and tear damages do not constitute a fault this includes buttons falling off during use etc. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment is faulty. All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the original purchase.

 

AFTERPAY / Returns

Our normal returns policy applies to all AFTERPAY orders. If you change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a store credit or exchange, within 7 days of receiving your order. Your payment plan agreement with AFTERPAY will remain in place and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments until completed in full.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund unless a garment is faulty.

Purchases made using AFTERPAY are subject to the same return policy as outlined above.

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault you are eligible for a refund via AFTERPAY for any payments already completed, and we will cancel the remaining payment plan. You will receive an email from AFTERPAY outlining your AFTERPAY account amendment.
