Order Processing

If your item is in stock, all orders are dispatched the next day.

Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays - please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be picked and packed. We appreciate your patience during this time!

Once shipped, you will be emailed with an Australia Post Registered Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping With In Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, which offers 1-3 day delivery within the express post network, and requires a signature on delivery.

*Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150

*Flat Rate $14 Standard Shipping for all orders under $150

*Flat Rate $18 Express Shipping for all orders 

 

Order Tracking Australia

Once shipped, you will be emailed with an Australia Post Registered Post tracking number to follow your order’s journey home.

You will be able to track your item through the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

 

International Shipping Information:

Elle and Elka now offer international shipping with DHL to New Zealand, Singapore, the UK and the USA. 

 

International delivery timeframe and costs:

New Zealand Express: 3-5 business days $45.00 AUD

Singapore Express: 6-9 business days $65.00 AUD

UK Express: 3-7 business days $70.00 AUD

USA Express: 7-10 business days $65.00 AUD

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and allow for a maximum weight of 1kg. If your order totals over 1kg we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order. Please expect your quote to include an additional $20.00 AUD - this is not exact and is subject to weight. We are able to cancel and refund your order before it is shipped should you not wish to pay the additional costs required.

 

Duties and Taxes:

Important Notice: Duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by customs authorities in the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout and are not payable to Elle and Elka.

Duties and taxes vary by country and are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the total value of the purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office or authorities for more information about these fees before placing an order.

 

Returns:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCL. NZ).

Due to shipping turnaround times, we are unable to offer returns to international customers from Singapore, the UK, and the USA. Furthermore, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking International:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using this information.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Elle and Elka will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Once shipped, Elle and Elka, does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
